Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. (ASTI) Debuts Jumpr Mini, the Thinnest and Lightest Power Bank to Hit the Market

Ascent Solar Technologies announced it has unveiled the newest product in the Jumpr line of power banks, the Jumpr Mini.

A battery that is ultra-thin and extremely lightweight, the Jumpr Mini is capable of boosting most smartphone batteries by between 55% and 85% on a single charge. At only 6 millimeters thick and with the same dimensions as a conventional credit card, the Jumpr Mini is the thinnest and lightest battery of its kind available on the market. The Jumpr Mini features an expandable USB port and is capable of storing 1,350 mAh of power while remaining thinner than a standard USB outlet.

“The Jumpr Mini is a perfect complement to our current line of Jumpr batteries – small enough to fit into a wallet or purse, yet powerful enough to provide a boost whenever needed,” said Justin Jacobs, manager of branding and marketing for Ascent Solar. “The Jumpr Mini is perfect for those who need a quick charge while they are on the go and a lifesaver for those who do not always have easy access to an outlet.”

The device is available now at Ascent’s locations in the Denver, Colo., area and online at www.goenerplex.com.

Headquartered in Thornton, Colo., Ascent Solar Technologies is engaged in the development of thin-film photovoltaic modules with substrate materials that are more flexible, versatile, and rugged than traditional solar panels. The company’s modules can be directly integrated into consumer products and off-grid applications, as well as aerospace and building integrated applications.
