Kerry L. Pendergast, President and Chief Executive Officer of Premier Service Bank, announced late yesterday that Angela L. Rivers has returned to the Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.
“We are very pleased to have Ms. Rivers return to her position at Premier Service Bank,” said Kerry L. Pendergast. “She is familiar with our loan portfolio and our loan officers, and understands our lending practices and procedures, many of which she established during her prior tenure with the Bank. We are pleased that she has returned to our executive management team and look forward to her participation in the long-term success of the bank.”
Ms. Rivers left Premier Service Bank on October 9, 2009. This was to accept the same position at a larger bank in Orange County, California. She returned to the Bank on June 1, 2010. Ms. Rivers will again supervise all aspects of the bank’s lending function.
