Over the next few weeks, Meijer supermarkets will roll out Amish Naturals’ line of organic fettuccini pastas. This move by Amish Naturals (OTCBB: AMNT) quickly follows distribution partnerships with Jewel-Osco food stores, Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN), and other Midwest stores, including Buehler’s, Bigg’s, D&W Fresh Market and Woodman’s.
“…we’re happy to be a part of this company’s culture by bringing the wholesomeness of Amish Naturals’ pastas to consumers,” said Troy Treangen, Amish Naturals executive vice president and COO. “The receipt of this order supports our plans to aggressively grow the availability of our pasta line, the keystone of our company.”
The Amish Naturals’ family of products includes the Amish Heritage line of all-natural, gourmet condiments, soups, granola cereals and nutrition bars. The company has long had pasta as its mainstay but has recently branched out into healthy snack foods. Their fettuccini comes in five varieties: plain, whole wheat, fiber-rich, garlic-parsley and tomato-basil. All Amish Naturals’ pastas are made under the strictest Kosher and organic regulations.
