ALL Fuels & Energy Company (AFSE.PK) is in the development stage of building a state of the art 100 million gallon ethanol plant, on 154 acres in Manchester Iowa.
The build out, using the same plant design team as used at Ace Ethanol, is anticipated to occur over the next 15-20 months. AFSE has been making solid progress towards its construction goal at Manchester.
To date, the Company has engaged Delta- T Corporation to provide Project Engineering Services and Delta- T’s engineers are currently working with Kraus-Anderson Construction, the intended plant general contractor. Significant progress towards completing the necessary preliminary engineering work has been achieved.
