ALL Fuels & Energy announced that The Yale Group, a Denver-based investment banking firm, will be assisting them in future acquisitions within the bio-fuel sector. The Yale Group will also function as a financial advisor to the company as they will advise the negotiation, structuring and implementation of any investments made in the company.
The President, Dean Sukowatey, expressed his enthusiasm by stating how excited he is to have The Yale Group join his team. The company believes the banking firm adds a significant amount of expertise in acquisition financing and planning.
