AFSE Receives Permit & Applies for Reinstatement on OTCBB

ALL Fuels & Energy Company (Pink Sheets: AFSE) recently announced that the Iowa Department of Natural Resources has issued to AFSE’s subsidiary, ALL Energy Manchester, LLC, the final Air Quality Construction Permit relating to AFSE’s proposed 100 million gallon per year Manchester, IA ethanol production facility.

“In addition to the air permit, we are finalizing the Engineering Procurement Contract with Kraus Anderson, Harris Mechanical and Delta T,” said Dean Sukowatey – president of AFSE – in a press release.

The Air Quality Construction Permit is the first regulatory success for AFSE in the process that is to result, ultimately, in a completed 100 million gallon per year ethanol production facility in Manchester. AFSE expects the total construction cost of this facility to be between $200-250 million.

AFSE also recently applied for reinstatement on the OTCBB. This is a solid move for AFSE in becoming a fully reporting and fully filing company.

Shares of AFSE were trading flat today at $1.20 per share on volume of 5,000.

AFSE recently acquired ALL Energy Company, a development-stage ethanol company organized to operate as an ethanol producer, focusing primarily on the production and sale of ethanol and its co-products. AFSE has adopted the business plan of ALL Energy Company.
