Bonanza is an appropriate name for a district in Nicaragua, because this stretch of land is unknown to yield new gold reserves with uncommon frequency. Surveys show that more than half of all the land in Bonanza district has quantities of gold that can be mined profitably. That is why the exclusive agreement signed by New Wave Media Incorporated (OTC: NWWV.PK) with the present owners of prime land in the gold-rich part of Nicaragua has so much stock investment potential.
New Wave Media now has a one-year right to purchase the land for a mere quarter of a million dollars. The exclusive Mineral Exploration Rights Agreement also gives this exciting OTC stock the right to enter in to a Joint Venture Ownership Agreement with the present land owners. New Wave Media Inc would have a controlling 70% stake in such a joint venture.
New Wave Media has secured the options of both outright ownership and a controlled joint venture structure, for a token deposit of just $20 thousand. New Wave Media has committed to spend at least $200 thousand to move requisite equipment into the area, so that it can conduct sophisticated geological tests for a reliable projection of the available gold reserves. The company is in dialog with geologists to determine whether its recently concluded agreement could become a part of a much larger mining business.
The land, for which New Wave Media now has options until the middle of December 2008 stretches over about two thousand acres. It is known as “La Curva”. Local craftspeople have found gold in this territory with just superficial diggings, though it has never been mined on an industrial scale until now. “La Curva” borders the Hemco Nicaraguan Concession, which is an established and profitable gold mining operation.
Few stocks can compete with gold when it comes to value appreciation. Gold prices have trebled in the last six years. The management of New Wave Media believes that gold prices will continue to rise significantly in the future. The exclusive Mineral Exploration Rights Agreement it has negotiated with the present owners of “La Curva” represents special stock value. The company will shortly have a new top management team in place to oversee exploration efforts by top geologists and mining experts.
New Wave Media has 237 million shares outstanding. It has completed acquisition of Playstar Corporation. The management has categorically stated that it has no plans to consolidate or change its ownership pattern.
