The following response to Sunday, November 11, 2007, CNN news program at 10:30 EST, “The Problem With Oil”, was sent to CNN and subsequently forwarded to Alliance by an individual that has purchased publicly traded shares in the market. Although Alliance Management did not see the program, it seemed appropriate to share this response with our shareholders, as it is obvious that the writer understands our business. The response is verbatim and follows:
“On Sunday, November 11, 2007 at 10:30 EST, the CNN news program, “The Problem With Oil”, clearly suggested that America is desperate to reduce its dependency on foreign oil and should be focusing on the develop of alternative energies as well as implementing a plethora of energy saving improvements. Everything from hybrid vehicles to “green” housing was discussed.
But what if I was to tell you that every year, America disposes of a waste material that can be converted to approximately 6 Million barrels of a fuel oil that is comparable to diesel fuel. Even with all the current focus on alternative energy and conservation, the source of this fuel oil has been overlooked. The good news is there is an American company that is looked into the conversion of some of this waste material and has developed a “green”, proprietary technology to recover this fuel oil resource. Furthermore, the fuel oil recovered will be used as the fuel to generate electricity immediately in, or adjacent to, the communities that generate the waste material that gets converted to fuel oil.
Alliance Recovery Corporation, a Delaware corporation, utilizing an integration of existing technologies can convey waste rubber, including whole scrap tires, into a thermal chemical process that produces oil and additional residual products leaving virtually nothing behind for disposal. This green process causes the rubber waste to be removed from the environment forever. The fuel oil derived from the conversion process is used to power large engines driving alternators making electricity that can be sold to meet base load or on peak demands.
Alliance has targeted a New Jersey site for a showcase installation that will be the first of 10 similar installations all to be located in, or immediately adjacent to, large metropolitan centers where annually, vast amounts of rubber waste are generated and where electrical energy is required to support residential and industrial demand. American engineering and ingenuity provide the Alliance process with operational and economic advantages that are unique to America.
Ultimately, American ingenuity, engineering and know have provided Alliance with a final solution to the problematic disposal of rubber waste and scrap tires and at the same time producing a fuel oil. The “Problem With Oil” definitely impacts upon us all. Some good news is Alliance’s utilization of this waste-to-energy fuel oil to generate electricity. By doing so Alliance helps conserve America’s hydrocarbon resources and is a great example of an alternative fuel solution. Equally important is the fact that it is all “green”.
America needs more companies like Alliance to help deal with the impact of $100.00 a barrel oil and higher energy costs. Everyday, we need fuel and electricity to keep America moving. You should speak to Alliance to get the whole fascinating story. A direct number to their representative is 519.671.0417
