Next-gen international hotel brand operator Oriens Travel & Hotel Management, in direct correlation to its recent merger/acquisition with E-Network de Costa Rica SA (E-Net), has inherited an “incredibly valuable” 200,000-square-foot land parcel at the exclusively gated Nativa Resort in Costa Rica. Of note, to better reflect recent corporate changes, Oriens will soon effect its formal re-branding as “PURE Hospitality Solutions.”
Located in a highly desirable area, near the resort city of Jaco in Central Pacific, Costa Rica, the newly acquired property is expected to draw “a considerable amount of dollars upon its completion,” according to Oriens’ management, and may also be sold “as is” at a profit to the company.
“Our acquisitions will only get better and more profitable from here,” Oriens president and Chief Executive Officer Melvin Pereira stated. “We will be building a magnificent house on our spacious lot at Nativa, utilizing the architectural design of Frank Lloyd Wright. Our architect will be building based on a wow factor, an unduplicated luxury design, worthy of only the finest buyer.”
Oriens has secured a traditional bank loan in order to commence building the new structure in the early part of the New Year, and estimates project completion in Q3 2015. The finalized project is expected to be sold for a “considerable sum” while remaining a part of the company’s rental revenue pool under the new PUTE Hospitality Solutions brand.
“As we expand our reach throughout Costa Rica, we have other acquisition targets we will explore. All of which will add to the growth, brand exposure, name recognition, revenues and profitability of the company. In fact, it is already happening,” stated Pereira.
