Fund.com, Inc. (OTC BB: ESVH) named Raymond B. Lang as their new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. He will also serve on the board of directors for Fund.com and be responsible for recruiting additional New York-based senior management. Mr. Lang is replacing Daniel Klaus who is the founder, director and acting CEO since November 2007.
Previously, Lang was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Clear Asset Management Inc. In this capacity, Lang was responsible for a 300% growth and over a 1,600% asset increase. Also on Lang’s resume is the role of Managing Director of the BNY Capital Markets, Inc., 10 years with CS First Boston in positions such as vice president and corporate counsel, and important senior executive roles at Fortis for five years.
Mr. Lang’s education includes a BA from Fordham University and his Juris Doctor from New York Law School. He has also been a member of the bar of New York since 1986.
Fund.com Executive Vice President Darren Rennick said, “Ray brings his extensive capital markets experience to Fund.com, including his specialized knowledge of index products and ETFs, a key area of Fund.com’s business.” He continued to comment, “Ray has served in senior management roles for world leading financial institutions innovating various structured products for the banks, as well as serving in various compliance roles, combining to give him a valuable skill set for our Company.”
