Marley Coffee, a sustainably grown, ethically farmed and artisan roasted gourmet coffee, today announced the company has reached a distribution agreement with Renaissance Specialty Foods, a leading distributor in Northern California. The agreement will place Marley Coffee on the shelves of iconic grocery and natural foods retailers in the region, including Mollie Stone’s Markets, New Leaf Markets and Zanatto’s Family Markets among others.
The broader distribution in the region builds upon momentum that was established in the fall of 2011 when Marley Coffee Organic Ground came to the region at Andronico’s Markets and Rainbow Grocery, which continue to carry the brand. The San Francisco/Oakland/San Jose area was recently featured among “America’s Most Caffeinated Cities” in a story on CNBC.com about coffee consumption in the United States.
