SilverSun Technologies, the premier total solutions provider specializing in business software for the small and medium-sized business market, announced today that Stanley Wunderlich has been appointed to its Board of Directors as an independent director.
Mr. Wunderlich has had a long and distinguished career of more than 40 years on Wall Street. He is the founding partner of CFSG1, a leading consulting firm that specializes in investor and media relations, corporate development, and the formation of capital for early-growth stage companies. A specialist in corporate development, he has participated in numerous initial public offerings, private placements of equities and institutional private equity offerings. Mr. Wunderlich helped launch two previous investment banking firms, the Renaissance Group and Krieger, Wunderlich, Fialkov, Scheinman & Company. He has also served as Managing Director of J.T. Moran & Co., as a Registered Principal at Dunhill Equities, and as Managing Director at Robert Todd Financial. Listed in Who’s Who in Executive Management, Mr. Wunderlich is a former member of LIFT (Long Island Forum for Technology) and a former member of the American Stock Exchange Arbitration Panel. A proud former member of the United States Marine Corps, he is a two-time “Ironman” World Championship finisher.
