Thwapr, Inc. (THWI) Rolls Out New Comprehensive Content Management Online Dashboard System Aimed at Mobile Video Marketers

Thwapr, which has established itself as a leading presence in mobile video through the clever leadership of the Company’s ex-Apple, Avid and MTV pioneers in the field, unveiled their new platform for allowing marketers to seamlessly deploy, track and quantify mobile video campaigns, the Content Management Online Dashboard (CMOD).

CEO of THWI, Bruce Goldstein, described the CMOD as the ultimate tool for real-time scoping of the efficacy of deployed content and touted the massive ease-of-use characteristics of the platform. With the CMOD, marketers can now simply upload and farm out video content to their mobile fan base with ease, all while having ready access to a full suite of tracking/measurement tools and SMS analytics, with full graphical charting to display and the illustrate the data.

This is a huge leap forward for mobilization/monetization of branded video content and offers a real-time feedback system that enables rigorous analysis of exactly how and when the audience is engaged by the content. Management of the CMOD takes places via a secure, custom-branded portal, allowing for round-the-clock access in a comfortable and familiar fashion, with marketers being able to review a host of real-time analytical data with just a few clicks.

This approach has massive appeal from the user marketer’s standpoint, making it seamless and simple to reach hundreds of millions of consumers with branded mobile video, irrespective of end-user factors like device, network or carrier, has the power to transform the industry and the web-enabled device environment as well. A fact not lost on such Pro Sports and entertainment heavy weights as the Miami Dolphins, the Vans Warped Tour®, and the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival®, among others.

Yes, THWI has a winning platform on their hands in the new CMOD and even a cursory look at the powerful analytical modules that make up the CMOD is quite compelling:

• DIY Uploader/Distributor – zero overhead, zero tech support required, 3-step process from desktop to web; once uploaded the video can automatically be distributed to selectively targeted segments of the SMS, fan/subscriber base

• Content Management and Campaign Development package – full mobile keyword support from the dashboard for rapid execution of new campaigns, full interface using thumbnails, view count, upload date, private/public and etc.

• Full Geo Tagging Support – a map is also displayed for the video’s geo tag and the entire feature can be toggled on or off, on a per-video basis

• Automatic Public Linage Generation – dashboard auto-generates a Thwapr universal shortlink and a bit.ly shortlink for the video for dissemination via social media networks, email and etc.

• Comprehensive Analytics Framework – the real gem of the platform, this fully integrated analytical engine quickly shows things like mobile video view count, social sharing statistics from Twitter or phone sharing and popularity, all with charting capability; SMS statistics like the number of opt out/ins, subscriber volume and daily activity analysis (can be broken down into eight segments per day for higher fidelity); mobile video device returns showing brands used, models of phone, the carrier and newly added OS support

This is a big push for THWI, which has gathered the intellectual property and market momentum to execute some serious territory seizure through the new CMOD.
