BioNeutral Group, Inc. (BONU) Signs Ygiene-206 Marketing and Distribution Agreement Targeting Veterinary/Animal Care Market with Heavy-Hitter Hamilton Research

BioNeutral Group, developers of an impressive tech-centric life-sciences platform for neutralizing harmful environmental contaminants like toxins or dangerous microorganisms and bacteria, reported signing of a major distribution agreement with Hamilton Thorne Ltd. affiliate, Hamilton Research LLC, for the marketing/distribution of the Company’s Ygiene® brand to veterinarians.

Hamilton Thorne is the well-known leader in advanced regenerative medicine/fertility clinic applications of technologically innovative laser systems and other instruments for in-vitro cell work, setting the standard for precision micro-surgical laboratory procedures.

The Ygiene®-206 Sterilant has many uses in the veterinary medicine industry and is able to kill off dangerous microorganisms with much greater speed and efficacy compared to existing competitors. Several months of due diligence by the scientific teams of both companies has culminated in this drive to introduce the clearly superior product to veterinarians.

Recent US EPA approval for Ygiene-206 and accolades from the life sciences sector serve the two-in-one, multi-purpose product very well, allowing vets to feel good about being able to choose a non-toxic/non-corrosive solution that delivers peak performance. Ygiene-206 is completely safe for the environment and contains none of the harmful ingredients found in other products like alcohol, chlorine bleach or heavy metals (also free of alkyl phenol ethoxlates, aldehydes, phenolics and polluting phosphates), boldly setting it apart as the ultimate in infection control standards.

Chairman of Hamilton Thorne and CEO of Hamilton Research, Meg Hamilton (Spencer), confidently asserted the vigilance of the firm in staying out ahead of the game in all areas of industry and business in which they are engaged, remarking that when she first heard about BONU’s Ygiene brand she was skeptical because it sounded too good to be true, but that she has subsequently reflected on her own science team’s analysis and been floored by the conclusions. While she admits a key task of the roll out will be educating end markets about the “multiple benefits versus the current predominantly bleach-based products being used”, confidence was high that eventually Ygiene will dominate.

Hamilton pointed out things like the non-corrosiveness as being an immediate draw to the end users who can save thousands of dollars just from not having to replace equipment which is typically degraded over time by extant products. A series of presentations offered at several Veterinary trade shows is planned in conjunction with on-site demos at Veterinary hospitals and DVM schools before the year is out. Coupled with direct advertising, these methods will form key aspects of the educational media campaign to introduce Ygiene-206 to the industry. Hamilton indicated that collaboration between the two companies should result in BONU products coming to the fore across animal production and veterinary medicine sectors relatively quickly.

President and CEO of BONU, Stephen Browand, called the deal a significant advancement for the Company’s long-term growth strategy and assured investors that the market position and momentum of a major tech firm like Hamilton Research would accrue mightily to the introduction of Ygiene-206 Sterilant into the animal care market. Browand said that he and Meg Hamilton have been in talks since early April of 2011 and he was impressed by the rigorousness of the firm’s due diligence efforts, only backing products they found to be on the “cutting edge of their presented technology platform”. Hamilton has the global distribution network, industry-wide reputation as a tech leader, stellar marketing approach and the managerial know-how to deliver results and their support spells out a very clear symbiotic relationship between the two companies moving forward.
