The actions noted by CPNE today in their press release indicate they are following a highly successful business plan by creating an Advisory Board. No one management team can understand all the details necessary for success, particular in an online economy.
Check out the qualifications of their two members in the press release. As companies grow, many times you see members of an Advisory Board take a more active role. I would not be surprised to see more members added to the Advisory Board and the members continue to take a more active role. This is good news from management.
