ECOtality announced that its subsidiary, Fuel Cell Store, will be sponsoring the International Youth Fuel Cell Competition. The event will allow students to display their custom-built solar and hydrogen fuel cell cars. The participants will be faced with the same challenges as world-class auto manufactures.
This special sponsorship opportunity will give ECOtality’s subsidiary increased exposure and marketing awareness to those specifically interested in fuel cell technology. The Fuel Cell Store is a leading online marketplace for fuel cell related products and technologies. The subsidiary also offers consulting services, workshops and conferences for the fuel cell industry.
The week-long competition will be held in San Antonio, TX, beginning October 15, 2007. A team of judges from the fuel cell industry will determine the winners and award them at the Awards Banquet on October 17, 2007.
