RxElite Holdings, Inc., a wholly owned operating subsidiary of Southridge Technology Group, Inc. (OTCBB: SOUT), develops, manufactures, and markets generic prescription drug products in the specialty generic markets. These markets include products in the areas of anesthesia, sterile liquid dose drugs (including respiratory inhalation drugs, ophthalmics, and injectable drugs), and transdermal patch products.
Product Pipeline
Rx Elite has over ten products in its pipeline. New products will be launched over the next three years targeting a $2B generic drug addressable market. Initiation of the launch program will begin in 2008.
Financing
Rx Elite recently closed on $19.6M in financing.
Distribution Power
There is no single component of the generic drug industry more important to success than distribution agreements. RxElite has agreements with over ninety percent of the U.S. market for generic drugs. These agreements represent 50 of the top 75 generic drug buyers.
The distribution agreements allow RxElite to employ economies of scale once in the market. This strong foundation will allow RxElite to develop marketing plans to support the organic growth of their generic market.

Hospital Purchasing
Rx Elite has in place vendor contracts with the eight major GPO’s that account for ninety percent of hospital purchasing.
RxElite is the sole source vendor for HPG/Consorta for Isoflurance and Enflurane.

Minrad International is the exclusive manufacturing partner for anesthetic gas products including:
* Sevoflurane
* Isoflurane
* Enflurane
* Desflurane (2009)
Alkem Laboratories and Stadson Pharmaceuticals are the exclusive manufacturing partners for select oral solid products.
Core Tech Solutions is the exclusive manufacturing partner for a portfolio of transdermal patch products.
Inhalation Anesthetic Strategy
Inhaled anesthetics are the gold standard of anesthesia. They provide best efficacy and control. RxElite can leverage scale of pharmaceutical skills and expertise within the inhalation gas medication delivery.
By providing the four modern inhaled anesthetics RxElite can cover the inhaled anesthetic market. These products are not typically interchangeable:
Oppenheimer Reports
Oppenheimer met with RxElite in Boise, and reported their findings in a report dated June 28, 2007. Oppenheimer noted the ability of RxElite management to execute on Sojourn and identified the recent financing [of $19.6M] as creating the fundamental ability to solidify RxElite’s roll out Sojourn [sevoflurane].
