WGLE — WGL Entertainment Holdings, Inc. Stock Guru spoke with the CEO of WGL Entertainment Holdings, Inc., Mike Pagnano, about his next two reality shows: Hot Days & Hot Nights located in Las Vegas and Golf/Poker Challenge located in Reno. Both of these programs are designed to attract another coveted segment of the market: the eighteen to thirty-five year old. We took four LPGA tour players and teamed them in a Las Vegas Shootout that combines the appeal of golf with Las Vegas nightlife. We watch the teams play golf by day and party by night with a One Million Dollar Prize to the winner in the end. In our Golf and Poker challange we match players from the World Poker Tour with six PGA Pro’s. This will be a winner take all One Million Dollar Winner Take All event as well. Each Golf Pro will be paired with a Poker Pro in a combination of Golf & Poker skills. Teams accumulate points on both the golf course and the poker table. For the Golf and Poker production we will be co-producers with Mandalay Entertainment. Mandalay, through the vision of its chairman Peter Guber, has been at the forefront of the branded entertainment and integrated media concept for more than a decade. Mandalay began efforts in the mid-’90s to blend traditional Hollywood storytelling and production qualities with corporate messaging and marketing programs. As we get our first show, The Million Dollar Shootout sold and begin working on the next and get the Hot Days and Hot Nights and Golf/Poker Challenge in production and sold our projected revenue stream should grow exponentially. Viewership is, as always the key. Again, the math for all the shows is the same. We will have seven one hour episodes for each series. One hour of television time creates 28 commercial slot for 14 minutes of commercial time. Slots cost two cents per viewer. For three million viewers the cost is $60, 000.00 for thirty second spot or $1,680,000.00 per show or $11,760,000.00 for the season. However, we definitely expect to do better than three million viewers and the quality of our viewers give us a huge advantage in the sales market. These are the viewers networks, both commerical and cable want: the golfer and the eighteen to thirty-five demographic are golden. Each program we put together is designed to reach this golden demographic group so coveted by networks. The advantage that gives us in selling these programs is huge. Stay tuned: as Stock Guru and Mike Pagnano look at the details of demographics.
