Yesterday, digital media resource provider Madison Ave. Media, Inc. announced that the company has acquired 100% of ProMark Data and Media Group’s capital stock. The acquisition occurred via a share-for-share transaction.

ProMark, based in Florida, is a full-service online marketing firm that specializes in permission based opt-in e-mail data, Mobile SMS, e-mail append and traditional postal data. The companies finalized the transaction today according to an announcement by Stephen F. Molinari, the Chairman of ProMark and Chairman of the Board of the company.
