I am always excited when I see companies retain accounting firms with extensive SEC experience. EastBridge Investment Group’s announcement that it has retained Jewett, Schwartz, Wolfe & Associates as its new independent-registered-public accounting firm with many years of experience in SEC audit work for public companies is a good move. The fact that this firm is registered with the PCAOB, Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, is incredibly significant.
The PCAOB has established auditing and related attestation, quality control, ethics, and independence standards and rules to be used by registered public accounting firms in the preparation and issuance of audit reports. This conforms with the duties required by the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Depending on the complexity and size of each project, EastBridge is compensated 10-25% stock ownership in the client company for the listing service.
