ALL Fuels & Energy issued a press release which detailed the progress made towards completing the construction of the planned 100 million gallon per year ethanol production facility in Manchester, IA.
To date, ALL Fuels & Energy has purchased 150 acres for $950,000, received over $17 million in infrastructure improvements, tax credits and property tax abatements, and obtained an Air Quality Permit.
The company is waiting for the issuance of a Water Quality Permit, final approval from the Canadian Northern Railroad for its proposed railway plan, and the finalization of their Engineering Procurement Contract with Kraus Anderson, Harris Mechanical and Delta-T Corp.
The President of the company, Dean Sukowatey, stated that the company has made great progress towards the construction of the Manchester facility in addition to aggressively pursing the acquisition of one or more producing ethanol plants.
