He is a Stanford graduate, where he studied molecular biology and international relations.
Dexster L. Smith, President & Director, was a Co-founder and President of DoubleTwist, in addition to being a Co-founder of DigiScents. He also studied at Stanford University where he received his degree in computer science and industrial engineering.
The Chief Financial Officer, Tim Fernback, has many years of financing experience for both private and public companies. At Upstream Biosciences, Mr. Fernback is responsible for directing, identifying and evaluating strategic financing and partnering opportunities for the Company.
