U.S. Microbics is looking to expand their customer base by acquiring a company that supplies, markets, and delivers environmental materials in the Southwestern U.S. marketplace. The letter of intent filed by the company includes the procedures, time frames, roles and responsibilities of both parties in the acquisition.
The CEO of U.S. Microbics, Robert Brehm, commented that the transaction will offer the company greater flexibility and access to growth capital. This new acquisition will provide U.S. Microbics with new opportunities for growth in the transportation industry while assisting them with projects planned in Mexico.
The CEO is excited to have this new opportunity and stated that the new acquisition could add strength to their explosive revenue growth. The company is currently working with investment bankers to finance the transaction using both debt and equity. It hopes to complete the acquisition before September 30.
