Intelligentias announced that it has purchased all of DATAKOM’s outstanding common stock by executing a non-binding term sheet. DATAKOM is well experienced in the legal interception of telecommunications, test systems, and security software. They will join Intelligentias as a wholly owned subsidiary.
The President of Intelligentias, Luigi Caramico, stated that the joining of the two companies allows Intelligentias to expand its potential in the exciting security software market.
The CEO of DATAKOM agreed saying, “We have worked hard for many years to create a comprehensive, customizable monitoring, security and interception suite of products for our customers, along with service of the highest quality. We believe the future of DATAKOM is in good hands because Intelligentias is the ideal partner with whom to move forward and expand our capabilities as part of a larger security solution.”
If all contingencies are met, the final bonding contract will be signed in June 2007. At that time Intelligentias will give the stock and cash required to purchase all of DATAKOM’s outstanding shares.
