SIKY has signed a letter of intent to acquire an International OPT-IN e-mail and data management company based in INDIA. The acquisition calls for SIKY to issue shares of its common stock for the assets of the International Company. The closing is set for June 30, 2006 and may be extended to July 31, 2006.
