President/COO and Director Quent Rickerby brings more than 20 years of experience in business management, sales, new company start-up, and business development. He also has expertise in the wireless telecom, payment processing, prepaid cards and transaction processing industries.
Chairman and Director James Beatty has accumulated experience in the investment industry and for the past 30-plus years has focused on the development and financing of small and medium-sized businesses. He has sat on more than 30 public company boards throughout North America.
New business development VP Jim Henry has over 25 years of experience in business development, product development, process management, sales and marketing. His expertise lies mainly in the transaction processing business along with the operational and management areas of card issuing for the telecom, retail and financial sectors.
Director of project management Caitlin Snyder brings over 20 years of experience in the prepaid credit card, mobile payment, and new media industries. With over 10 years of start-up experience, she has extensive knowledge and practice in systems integration, product development, project and program management, along with national account management and clients relations.
