NATCO International Inc. announced today that it has changed its company name to P2 Solar, Inc. The company believes this new name better reflects the new business direction of the company into solar energy. P2 Solar, Inc. anticipates announcing its new trading symbol once it is received from the regulators.
P2 Solar, Inc. also told investors that it has added Mr. Hans Edblad to its Board of Directors. Mr. Edblad has been assisting the company over the last couple of years as a consultant, and brings with him years of entrepreneurial experience.
Mr. Raj Gurm, CEO of P2 Solar, Inc. commented, “Mr. Edblad has been very instrumental in assisting me and the company in our pursuit of the Lassen Hybrid Solar Panel, in both due diligence and direction. I look forward to continuing to work with him.”
