PetroSun, Incorporated (PSUD.PK) announced today that the initial demonstration of its algae-to-biofuels technology has been scheduled for Monday, August 6th in Auburn, Alabama. The invitees will also visit the pilot algae farm and processing plant in Opelika, Alabama.
The purpose of the meetings will be to demonstrate to potential customers in the alternative fuels industry that the cultivation of algae, extraction of algal oil and the conversion to a biofuel are possible on a commercial scale. As the supply of feedstock for the alternative fuels industry is becoming a major issue worldwide, algae-to-biofuels may prove to be a major factor in the solution to this problem. About PetroSun
