The world continues to call for renewable and sustainable clean energy solutions. In many respects, this is all that environmentalist do; call for solutions. What is generally missing in the dialog is that many companies are offering and implementing viable and worthy solutions in today’s market. A “cleaner” environment is being developed through new technologies. If a company can be found that is far enough along in the development to commercialization chain, profit will likely be found.
Global Green Solutions Inc., an ecotechnology company, works to offer technology based solutions for environmental energy issues facing the world today. Although the company works to develop and commercialize a variety of possible environmentally sound energy solutions, it has recently been concentrating on biomass to energy solutions globally.
In recent quarters, the company has signed agreements with Aera Energy, one of California’s largest oil and gas companies, and Sappi Ltd., a South African wood, pulp and paper concern. The agreement with Aera Energy calls for the construction of a biomass steam generation plant at one of the concern’s oil fields – with 9 more plants slated over the next three years upon demonstration of effectiveness. The agreement with Sappi Ltd. calls for the construction, ownership (by GGS) and operation of a biomass to steam facility in Swaziland by the end of 2008. Clearly, the company is gaining notice with its steam generating clean energy systems.
Most in the environmentally friendly energy generation markets agree that there is no one solution to the world’s clean energy needs. A combination of possible clean and renewable energy generation processes will be required. Global Green has chosen to address one particular form of clean energy in the form of steam generation from a biomass material supply source. The company has an increasing portfolio of clean energy generation technologies available for individual customer needs but is quickly finding its work with algae, as a biomass to biofuel, to be a potentially profitable venture as it continues in the development phase.
Global Green Solutions has taken up the challenge of developing clean energy and is moving quickly from development to commercialization in several areas. Clean steam through biomass is one profitable in-road to a cleaner environment and Global Green is ready to profit by it.
