The restructuring announced yesterday apparently eliminates Seamless Skyyfi and creates two new subsidiaries; Seamless TEK labs, a software development subsidiary that would complement the direction of the Seamless Internet direction, and a sales subsidiary, FMSNETCHECK, LLC. Both seem to emphasize Seamless WiFi Inc.’s success with leading-edge development, rather than moving into a service provider model.
