The company today announced the appointment of Major General Khalid Abdulla Mabarak Al Buainain, commander & chief of UAE Air Force and Air Defense (Ret.), as vice president for Middle East Military and Defense Security.
Major General Khalid’s 32-year military career includes the management and guidance of multi-billion dollar programs for the UAE government, including satellite images and programs; aircraft and system acquisition; engineering projects; airborne and land-based secured network systems; advanced information and IT security programs; remote sensing; and the creation and development of R&D facilities in the UAE. His extensive dealings make him an ideal fit for 4C and the company’s operations.

His expertise in Middle East military and defense matters, as well as his highly accomplished management experience with satellites and satellite images programs, will significantly contribute to our company’s global capabilities.” 4C Controls chairman of the board of directors, Jean-Robert Martin, stated in the press release.
Major General Khalid’s experience in the surveillance industry is expected to strengthen 4C Controls in establishing business operations in the Gulf Countries Council and the extended Middle East North Africa (MENA) region. “Given his worldwide network, he will be a significant contributor in the build-up and consolidation of excellent business relationships with government bodies and key industrial figures,” the company stated.
