Epazz, Inc. (EPAZ) Reveals Record Date for Project Flex Initiative

Cloud-based business software solutions provider Epazz announced that the record date for Project Flex is September 15, 2013. The company reminded shareholders that in order to receive the stock dividend, they must have their shares settled three days prior to this record date. If not, they will not receive the dividend.
