The company estimates its gross proceeds at $17.5 million. Omnicity Corp. (OMCY.OB) Announces Major Acquisition of AAA Wireless Assets

Omnicity Corp., the Midwest's largest fixed Wireless Internet Service Provider, excitedly announced today that it has agreed to purchase the assets of AAA Wireless, Inc.
